By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using "The Last" (the "Game"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms are a legal agreement between you and BitStudio (the "Developer").
BitStudio grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You are not permitted to rent, lease, sublicense, sell, or otherwise transfer the Game to others.
The Game, including all its characters, artwork, music, and code, is the exclusive property of BitStudio and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Game.
All payments for the Game are processed through our third-party payment processor, Paddle.com. BitStudio does not store your credit card or payment information. By making a purchase, you agree to Paddle's terms of service and privacy policy.
The Game is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. The Developer does not guarantee that the Game will be error-free or that it will meet your requirements.
In no event shall BitStudio be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Game.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
